Tursas, paragon sahuagin

Original character for DnD:
TURSAS, PRINCE OF BLACKPEARL
.
Genetic mutations are common among sahuagin, but Tursas is a true wonder of nature. Within the strict hierarchy of this species, his birth in a modest environment would normally have prevented him from accessing a better social level... if he weren't ten times more powerful than his peers. Tursas had no trouble imposing himself to become a baron, then prince of the surrounding villages as soon as he reached maturity. Calling himself "blessed by Sekolah", the young prince of the Blackpearl Coast considers his current position to be his natural due. In fact, he has never known a real challenge to face to contradict him.
Tursas covets the position of the current sahuagin king, and the monarch is well aware of it. In case of a direct confrontation incoming, both form alliances on their side in the hope of overthrowing their opponent. Possibly because of his pride, the prince is reluctant to consider the Sahuagin tradition for self-sufficiency, as he even associates with other aquatic races. Adding this to his tyrannical rulership, ostentatious jewelry, harem, and superiority complex, most of the Sahuagin villages are in favor of the king, including those currently ruled by Tursas. Therefore, a split is gradually happening in the Kingdom of Redcoral, and the political tension increases day by day. At the dawn of this possible civil war, the surrounding communities bear the brunt of the exacerbated aggressiveness of the sahuagins: night raids are increasing all over the coast of the continent, while a wide hunt for tritons and aquatic elves rages. So far, neither Tursas nor the king have taken part in these attacks which they consider routine, since both are too busy plotting from their respective thrones.
Slightly more imposing than its peers, Tursas is a bit less than 7ft tall and weighs around 450 pounds. Two fan-shaped fins extend from either side of its head to end on its shoulders, and its scales are entirely cyan green. Unlike other sahuagins, it has no tail. Tursas speaks Sahuagin, Common, and Aquan.
